Talented three year-old filly Jukebox In Siberia continued her progress by winning again at Ballina. The Annabel Neasham prepared filly has now recorded 2 wins and 1 place from only 4 starts. A daughter of top young stallion Russian Revolution, Jukebox In Siberia was good first up when drawn poorly and ridden back at the Gold Coast. Drawing well at Ballina, she was able to take up a better position before showing her dominant turn of foot for regular partner Jag Guthman-Chester. Sent out a warmly supported $1.60 favourite, Jukebox In Siberia scored by a margin of 2.1 lengths whilst being eased near the post. Jukebox In Siberia is likely to step back up to Brisbane City grade at her next start. She has been earmarked to make her Eagle Farm debut on Saturday 20 January in a 3yo Hcp (1300m). Jukebox In Siberia was purchased by Ontrack’s Grant Morgan from the 2022 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale for $200,000 from the Newgate Farm draft.
